The article presents analytical reflections on the use of information and communication technologies in the process of psychological and pedagogical rehabilitation of students with cochlear implants in specialized boarding schools and families. The process of psychological and pedagogical rehabilitation of students with cochlear implants is studied and analyzed, factors that hinder the creation of a speech environment are identified. Recommendations are given for the implementation of ICT in the rehabilitation process.
