Abstract

The article examines the role of socio-psychological factors in the choice of profession by young people, which is one of the pressing problems of our time. This article discusses theoretical and methodological issues of the problem of choosing a profession, as well as the experience of developed countries. In addition, the possibilities of using innovative technologies were discussed in this regard.
